Man pleads to child porn charge

A Warren man who was caught with child pornography depicting children as young as 2 years old and teenagers engaged in sex acts with a dog pleaded to charges.

Christopher Rosier, 29, of Homewood Avenue S.E., pleaded guilty to 20 counts of having child pornography. He could face up to 30 years in prison and is currently out on bond.

Rosier was charged in May with 20 counts of possessing child pornography. The Cleveland-based task force Internet Crimes Against Children tracked Rosier through is computer. Agents found more than 500 images and videos.

Rosier’s mother, Marti Morn, was a former Warren 4th Ward Councilman, at whose home Rosier was arrested in May.
