Newton Falls woman wins $100K on lottery

A Newton Falls woman won a $100,000 top prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game.
Phyllis Collins won the prize on the Special Edition Cashword scratch-off game. After paying state and local taxes totaling 29 percent, Collins receives $71,000.
She bought the winning ticket from BP Food Mart, 6134 state Route 14 in Ravenna. The store will receive a $1,000 agent bonus for selling the winning ticket.
