ERIE, Pa. (AP) — A northwestern Pennsylvania woman must spend three to eight years in state prison for a drunken-driving crash that killed her boyfriend last year.
The Erie Times-News (http://bit.ly/13py63k ) reports 30-year-old Kristin Graves, of Edinboro, was sentenced Tuesday.
She had previously pleaded guilty in June to homicide by vehicle while driving drunk and drunken driving. She was more than twice as drunk as the law allows when she crashed her Jeep in Erie after a concert on July 10, 2012, killing 29-year-old Kyle Rohan.
Rohan wasn’t wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle, which overturned when Graves failed to make a curve in the road and hit a retaining wall.
