Golfers hit the green for charity

Golfers in Trumbull County hit the greens Monday to raise money for disabled children.

Over 100 golfers teed off at Yankee Run Golf Course in Brookfield for the First Annual Simply Ed Open.

The event raises money for free pediatric services at The Children’s Rehab Center in Howland.

Our own Dan Martin showed off his golfing skills in a four-way scramble, which was sponsored by Warren Harley Davidson.
