Bond set at $1 million in Campbell shooting

Bond was set at $1 million dollars for a man accused of a multiple shooting and arson in Campbell.

Devin Spann, 23, was arraigned Tuesday morning in Mahoning County Court. He is facing 12 counts of felonious assault and aggravated arson.

Spann is accused of shooting four family members and then himself inside a Campbell house in July.  All the victims survived.

Police said he also set fire to a mattress in a upstairs bedroom in a an attempt to kill everyone inside, including three young girls.
