2 injured in Ellsworth crash

Two people were transported to the hospital following an accident in Ellsworth Township on Friday.

The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Palmyra Road and Bailey Road. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said one of the cars ran a stop sign and hit another car.

Five people were in the cars at the time, and two went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Ellsworth police assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with the crash.
