Motorcyclists went for a ride through the community Saturday to raise money for the less fortunate.

United Auto Workers Local 1112 hosted the annual Rollin’ the Dice Bike Run which started at the union hall in Lordstown.

More than 70 bikers participated in the run to benefit their Care and Share program. Money raised will help feed families in the winter months and includes a box of groceries containing turkey and all the fixings.

“This is our seventh year doing the poker run. It’s for sharing around Christmas time,” said Karen Eusanio, UAW Local 1112. “We feed over 300 families, so this is one way to raise money to do that.”

Throughout the year, the UAW raises money for the United way, March of Dimes and the Care and Share Program.
