The Ohio State Highway Patrol found use for an old building in Boardman set to be demolished.

OSHP’s special response team trained by going through some drills at the Davis and Becker Funeral Home on Market Street.

The unit busted out windows, doors and walls.

“Just in case we ever get into a situation, we need to go in and rescue a hostage or serving a warrant and we need to make entry into the building,” said Commander Nakia Hendrix.
