Mobile home destroyed by fire

A Mercer County mobile home caught fire early Monday.

Officials said two adults and two children escaped the mobile home at 7266 W. Market St. in Jefferson Township.

The fire ignited at about 8:40 a.m. Monday in the Forest Brook Mobile Home Park and was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.

The American Red Cross was called to assist the family.
