Man faces assault charges in beating

A Youngstown man was transported from the Clearfield County Jail in Pennsylvania to face felonious assault charges in Youngstown.

Raudeed Adams was charged with felonious assault in connection to the July 17 beating of a 36-year-old Youngstown man.

According to police, the victim was beaten in the face, arms and torso and suffered “serious” injury.

Adams was arraigned in Youngstown Municipal court on Wednesday and is being held on $50,000 bond.
