Kids got to have a little fun while their parents did their banking on Friday.

PNC Bank officials brought their “Grow Up Great” Mobile Learning Adventure to PNC’s  Southern Park Mall branch in Boardman.

The bank uses the program to promote early childhood education and school readiness.

The interactive tent is geared to kids 2 to 5 years old. They go through several stations and even get to play a little dress up.

The program also will be at the Panerathon this weekend and at the Scrappers game on Thursday.

“To talk about things like counting, numbers, sorting and understanding, the difference between needs and wants,” said Ryan Pastore of PNC Bank. “But the highlight at the end of the segment is they get to think about what they want to be when they grow up.”
