-The Wildcats’ have won 7 of their last 9 meetings against Campbell.

-The Red Devils scored first in their 2012 match up with the Wildcats. Brandon Reyes crossed the goal line from six yards out to give Campbell a 6-0 advantage. After four consecutive scores by Struthers (Gary Muntean pass play to Tommy Kimbrough, Tameko Holness and David Stewart runs and a pick six by Frankie Serrano), the Devils found themselves down 27-6. However, the Wildcat defense held off a late rally to preserve a 27-21 season opening victory. The contest was Curt Kuntz’ first as Struthers’ head coach.

-Three years ago, Campbell stunned the Wildcat faithful at Laddie Fedor Field with a 24-7 fourth quarter to break open a game which saw Struthers hold a 28-27 advantage entering the final frame. The Red Devils’ running back Ja’les Hughes scored three times from 54, 49, and 44 yards away in the final twelve minutes to complete Campbell’s 51-35 victory.

-The Red Devils finished 2012 by winning five of their last seven contests.
