The small town of Vienna was filled with food, friends, and fun on Saturday for their Vienna Home Day festival.
It was almost a tradition lost. The Home Day annual festival ended in 1967, however a group of Vienna township resident resurrected the event three years ago.
The festival touts that everything must be made by a township resident or organization.
Those in attendance enjoyed a variety of food, including a pie making contest, vintage car show, games and even a parade.
“I remember what I did and how it went, the fun we had. So, each year it is growing and hope to get it bigger yet,” said Lance Klinger, chairperson of the Home Day Festival.
Folks enjoyed perfect weather for the fun-filled event which was held on the town green.
