A Warren man is being held in the Trumbull County Jail, accused of walking down a Warren road with a rifle.

Justin Hollins, 44, entered no plea Tuesday on charges of having weapons under disability and using weapons while intoxicated.

Police said they found Hollins Sunday walking on Tod Avenue and Front Street carrying a rifle.

He was ordered to the ground at gunpoint by police.

Police said Hollins has failed to pay fines on five convictions.
