Free music program begins at the Butler

Wednesday marked the opening performance of a free music program at the Butler Institute of Art. It’s all part of the “Music at Noon” event co-sponsored with the Youngstown State University Dana School of Music.

The program included pieces to honor the lives lost and affected by the tragedy of September 11.

The three-piece band played in an old church next to the Butler.

Next week, the program will be held  inside the museum.
