The cold mill buildings at the former RG Steel plant on Pine Avenue in Warren are starting to come down. Heavy machines have completely taken down one building on the property.

Hilco Trading, L.L.C., of Northbrook, Illonois, purchased the mill from C.J. Betters Enterprises and Warren Steel Holdings in June.

Hilco officials said their main goal is to find a buyer to restart the hot mill operations at the facility.

Attempts to reach Hilco Trading officials on Wednesday were not successful.
