The Bears were up 20-13 at halftime.  Mathews used some trickery to cut into the lead.  Facing a 4th and 18, the Mustangs called a fake punt, with Wyatt Ford running for the first down.  That drive would lead to a field goal, making it a 20-16 game.

Leetonia drove all the way down the field on the ensuing drive, but facing 4th and 3 from the Mathews 4 yard line, the Mustangs defense made a stop for a turnover on downs.

But the Bears defense would force a punt from there.

On that ensuing drive, Colton Gudat woudl break loose on a 42 yard touchdown run, making it a 27-16 Leetonia lead.

The Bears would add another late TD, giving them the 33-16 win.
