Four young girls donated the profits from their lemonade stand to Angels for Animals.

The girls set up their lemonade stand around Labor Day and sold glasses for 50 cents each. Right from the start, they planned on donating whatever they made to Angels for Animals.

In the end, they raised  a total of $87.00.

On Saturday, the girls presented Angels for Animals with the money.

“This is from our young people in the community, which makes us really, really happy. We need the next generation of people that will always love animals. There’s always animals to help,” said Diane Less, Founder, Angels for Animals.

Less said the girls’ donation will save a dog or cat.
