2 teens killed, 1 injured in Ohio car crash

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (AP) — Police in southwest Ohio are investigating an automobile accident that left two teenagers dead and a third injured.

Police tell the Cincinnati Enquirer (http://cin.ci/190OR4C ) that the teens were in an Audi that struck a parked, vacant Ford Friday night on Sheed Road in Colerain Township, near Cincinnati.

Authorities say 16-year-old Rachel McGrath and 19-year-old Eric Moormann were killed. Colerain police say they were passengers in the Audi driven by 19-year-old Kyle Stein, who remained hospitalized Saturday.

Police say the accident happened around 7:40 p.m. The newspaper says police believe drugs and alcohol may have been factors in the crash.

McGrath was a student at McAuley High School in College Hill, and Moormann graduated last year from Colerain High School. Stein is a former La Salle High School student.
