RTI International Metals, Inc. entered into long-term agreements with three companies to directly supply them titanium products.

RTI, which has a plant in Niles, will supply UTC Aerospace Systems, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Sikorsky, all three United Technologies Corporation units.

RTI said they will supply titanium sheet products used in the manufacturing of engine components, rotor-quality billet and a number of products for rotary-wing platforms.

“We’re pleased to announce the extension and enhancement of our strong relationships across the United Technologies family of businesses,” said Dawne S. Hickton, Vice Chair, President and CEO of RTI in a statement. “Combined with the new agreement for Pratt & Whitney to be our EB Furnace launch customer, we look forward to continuing as a reliable, trusted, and high-quality supply partner in meeting United Technologies’ varied titanium product needs.”
