WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Warren business owner who is trying to re-invest in the city was the victim of vandals.

Overnight graffiti was spray painted on the back of Disaster Recovery Services on Southern Boulevard N.W. The owner, Reggie Rooks, said he has spent a lot of money fixing up the building.

DRS is in the process of expanding its current business and now he must spend more money to clean up the mess.

“This is our second location and we put a lot of time and effort into it and we are employing more people because of it and unfortunately the individuals that have too much time on their hands, this is what they are doing for us,” Rooks said.

Police are investigating and now plan to patrol the area more. So far, there are no suspects.
