Falcons crush Dover in battle of unbeatens

AUSTINTOWN – In a battle of unbeaten and state ranked teams it was the Fitch Falcons that found their groove and rolled to a win over Dover, 41-7.

Jumping out to an early lead, the Falcons’ Antwan Harris broke off a 45 yard touchdwon run.

But, the Tornadoes would answer with a big play of their own, scoring from 79 yards out on a touchdown pass to tie things up.

The Falcons would then take the lead back for good on a 41 yard touchdown run by Darrin Hall.

Coming into the game, Austintown Fitch were ranked 5th in the state in Division 1 and Dover was ranked 3rd in Division 3.

The Falcons will take their unbeaten record to Boardman next week.
