Kinsman sewer project will enter phase 2

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — Trumbull County Commissioners plan to award several bids related to a nearly $11 million sewer project at their meeting on Wednesday.

Commissioners will take their weekly meeting on the road to the Sanitary Engineers Office, where they will approve three contracts to get the Kinsman Phase Two Sanitary Sewer project started. State and federal grants are covering the cost, which will affect roughly 350 homes and businesses in Kinsman.

Commissioner Frank Fuda said the project will help spur economic development in the Kinsman area.  The project is expected to take nine months to complete.
