Niles ‘Santa’ pleads not guilty

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) — The man accused of downloading dozens of images of child pornography onto his computer pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Wednesday.

William Brock, 65, of Niles, appeared in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court facing 35 counts of possessing child pornography.

Earlier this month Brock, known to some neighbors as Santa Claus, was indicted on 16 counts of second-degree felony pandering sexually oriented matter and 19 counts of fourth-degree felony pandering. 

In July, state agents raided his Mason Street home and uncovered the child pornography on his computer.

He remains jailed on $100,000 bond.
