The Hornets scored four touchdowns in the first quarter alone. Senior running back De’Quan Lewis scored two of those four TD’s in the first. He opened the scoring with a 37-yard touchdown run, and scored later on a 20-yard touchdown reception from Matt Voytik.
Voytik threw another touchdown pass to Andrew Pryts, and Davon Tindall capped the first quarter scoring with a five-yard touchdown run.
Hickory improves to 4-1 on the year.
