On their second drive of the game, quarterback Jacob Wolfe connected with receiver George Chammas from three yards out to put the Bulldogs ahead 7-0.

In the second quarter, Poland would strike again. Junior Austin Wilson rushed 16 yards for the score, pushing the Poland lead to two touchdowns.

A drive later, it was Wolfe and Chammas once again, hooking up for a six yard touchdown pass, capping off a 61 yard drive.

Following a Canfield turnover deep in their own territory, Poland went back to the air as Wolfe hit John Markota with an 18 yard pass for the score.

With 33 seconds remaining in the first half, the Bulldogs drove 44 yards, capped off with a Wolfe to Tyler Evon seven yard touchdown pass, pushing the lead to five touchdowns.

Canfield would put 10 on the board in the second half, but the 35 point halftime deficit was too much to overcome.

Poland will host Struthers next week.

Canfield travels to Niles Friday night.
