Marissa Swindell scored the lone goal for the Quakers at the 16:47 mark of the 1st half.
Salem only had five shots on goal, while Howland had 10. The Tigers’ Monica Kotyuk recorded four saves, while the Quakers’ Makenzie Schwartz notched 10.
Salem improves to 9-3-0 on the season, while Howland drops to an identical record of 9-3-0.
