BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) — A North Jackson businessman was in front of a Boardman judge Tuesday morning on domestic violence charges.

Larry Macovitz, 38, has been arrested five times since February, accused of attacking his wife.

He pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony domestic violence and a probation violation.

Macovitz was out on bond from a domestic violence charge in August when he was arrested for beating up his wife again.

Bond was set on Tuesday at $20,000.
