YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A city man already under indictment for a shooting two years ago is back in jail.
Joe Poole was arrested Monday night after police found him in a car with a number of guns. At the time, Poole was out of jail on bond from weapons charges filed earlier this year as well as a felonious assault case from 2011.
Poole told the judge every time he got arrested, his mother and sister posted his bond. Youngstown Municipal Court Judge Beth Kobly set his new bond at $250,000.
