MERCER, Pa. (WKBN) — A semi truck flipped over on Interstate 80 in Mercer County, spilling its load.
The accident happened around 8:30 a.m. Thursday on I-80 near the I-79 interchange.
A semi truck flipped over onto its side, spilling a load of coal.
The road was closed for about two hours as crews worked to clear the scene. A backhoe was brought in to remove the coal from the roadway.
There were no other vehicles involved.
The road has re-opened.
