YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Monday is the deadline to register to vote in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

If you still need to register, you can head to your local library for the correct form. You can also get the paperwork at your local board of elections, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or online.
