Man arrested for rape

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Columbus man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly raping a Youngstown woman.

Brad Cheatham, 55, was arrested early Saturday morning at an apartment complex in Youngstown.

According to police, officers went to the apartment on Flor Lor Drive and found the man inside the victim’s apartment.

Police handcuffed Cheatham and the suspect told officers, “I can make love and I can sing. That’s why they all love me.”

Cheatham is currently in the Mahoning County Jail.
