Car hits ditch, flips over in Springfield Township

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – A wintry blast of snow and freezing temperatures across the area pushed the mercury into the single digits overnight and created dicey driving conditions for motorists.

A woman escaped serious injury after her car slid off the roadway in Springfield Township.

The woman said she suddenly lost control of her car on the icy conditions and slid off into the ditch. The vehicle flipped over, but the woman was not hurt and managed to get out of vehicle.
