Mom will not turn over child to father


LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing child.

Police are looking for 1-year-old Brantley Carlson, who is believed to be with his mother Dailyn Humphreys of Lisbon.

Brantley is listed as a missing child out of Florida. An active obstruction warrant for Humphreys has been issued out of Columbiana County.

A Pasco County Florida court has ordered that the child be turned over to his father.

Humphreys, along with family members, have refused to obey the court order and attempts by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office to return the child to his father.
