YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Three people have been charged in connection with the theft of a Boardman police officer’s Glock semi-automatic weapon.
Youngstown police arrested the trio a week ago and they were locked up after a court appearance.
The weapon belonging to a Boardman police officer was stolen from his girlfriend’s Youngstown home.
Charges against the suspects include carrying a concealed weapon, burglary and possession.
The gun was uncovered during a traffic stop where officers also found an electronic stun gun, police-issued chemical spray and bags of suspected marijuana.
