Plane safely makes emergency landing in Cleveland

CLEVELAND (AP) – A commuter plane with about 35 people on board has safely made an emergency landing in Cleveland.

Spokeswoman Jacqueline Mayo at the city-owned Cleveland Hopkins International Airport says the crew declared an emergency and landed safely Monday morning. Mayo says no one was hurt and there was no immediate word on the nature of the emergency.

The aircraft was being towed to the gate.
