3 teens arrested in fatal shooting

CINCINNATI (AP) – Police in Cincinnati say three teenagers have been arrested in a fatal shooting, and one of them is charged in a separate slaying in the same area.

The department says an 18-year-old man arrested Wednesday was the final suspect sought in the Jan. 20 shooting of 45-year-old William Moritz. Moritz and another man were shot while sitting in a vehicle, and Moritz died.

A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were arrested Tuesday and charged in that death. They remain in juvenile detention.

Police say the 15-year-old boy also is charged with murder in the Monday slaying of 35-year-old Deshawn Hutchinson.

Police say the homicide victims weren’t connected.
