Jack-knifed semi closes lanes on I-76

NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WKBN) – Motorists making their way across the Pennsylvania Turnpike were delayed for about two hours after a tractor-trailer jack-knifed.

The accident happened about 8:45 a.m. and closed both eastbound lanes of Interstate 76 between New Castle and Beaver Valley.

The roadway re-opened about 10 a.m.
