JFK students get boost for project

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — Students at Warren JFK High School received a big check to help people in Kenya.

The students visited the country last summer and ever since, they have had a passion for clean water access and education for all. On Friday, which was the last day of Catholic Schools Week, Father John Michael Lavelle and Mt. Carmel Parish in Niles  donated $10,000 to help them build a school in the country.
