Trimmer powers West Branch past Raiders

West Branch’s Melinda Trimmer tallied a game-high 26 points to lead the Warriors to a 61-38 win over South Range Monday night.

The Warriors outscored the Raiders 41-21 in the second half to seal the win.  It was South Range’s first home loss of the campaign.

Pavin Heath added 11 in the win, while Taryn Hahn added 10 in the win.

South Range placed three players in double-figures.  Starla Sharp finished with a team-high 11.  Sara Durr added 10, while Sierra Peterella chipped in with 8.

West Branch improves to 18-4 on the season, while South Range drops to 17-3 overall.
