Students tour Warren City Hall

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A group of students from neighboring Portage County took a tour of one of Warren’s most historical buildings Wednesday morning.

The group is part of the Political History Club at Windham High School. Warren Mayor Doug Franklin himself showed them around City Hall.

The building, which is the old  Perkins Mansion, was built in 1871. The club just started up last week.

The students then went to the Kent State University Trumbull branch, where they learned more about Black History.
