Neshannock Township Police have called for the arrest of Justin James Clark, 30, in connection with a domestic violence case.

Police issued the warrant today after responding to a call from the Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County. Clark arrived at a wedding reception which the alleged female victim, his estranged wife, was attending Saturday, Feb. 22, and forced the victim and their two-year-old child into his car, according to police reports.

Clark proceeded to assault the victim while driving the vehicle and used his hands to choke her, according to a police report. He then pushed her from the vehicle, tried to run her over, failed, and then forced the victim back into the car.

Police say they have evidence from multiple sources confirming the victim’s testimony. Charges against Clark include aggravated assault, harassment, stalking, kidnapping, and terroristic threats.
