Man pleads in Warren shootout

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — One of two men from Detroit accused of a Warren shootout in the fall of 2012 took a plea deal with prosecutors Thursday morning.

Dale Hatch pleaded guilty to an amended indictment on charges of involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence, felonious assault and attempted aggravated murder. In exchange, Hatch will testify against his co-defendant Derrick Peete when he goes on trial.

Hatch And Peete are accused of murdering 32-year-old Marco Dukes on Elm Court. Hatch could get 10 years when he is sentenced in April.
