Lisbon boys make program history


The Lisbon Boys’ Basketball team broke the record for most wins in a season with 20, with a 52-30 win over Southern in the Division III Sectionals Friday night.  The previous record of 19 was set in the 1995-1996 season.

Austin Rutecki led the Blue Devils with 22 points and 10 rebounds.  Josh Craig added 10 points,  11 rebounds, and 3 blocks in the win for the Blue Devils.  Josh Liberati chipped in with 8.

Troy Holden led the Indians with 13 points.

Lisbon advances to face Springfield in the Division III District Semifinals Tuesday March 4th at 7PM at Salem High School.
