Disciplinary hearing set for city worker

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A disciplinary hearing is slated this week for a city worker who is facing a felony drug charge.

According to our print partners at the Tribune Chronicle, Jason Burns, a paralegal in the law department, is set to have a hearing sometime this week.

Officers reported that they found two crack pipes, a syringe, plus pills and heroin on Burns while he was at work in December.

The law director has recommended firing him.
