Crash in Mercer County kills one Sunday

GREENVILLE, Pa. (WKBN) — A car crash early Sunday on State Road 18 in Mercer County, Pa., left one dead and sent another to the hospital.

According to a police news release, Jesse Wasser, 30, of Greenville, was driving north on SR 18 when the vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway and hit a parked tractor trailer. Wasser was pronounced dead at the scene. A Life Force Ambulance took passenger Randy Moore, 32, to University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Horizon in Greenville, Pa.

The accident happened just north of Walnut Street.
