Crews work to restore power in Columbiana

COLUMBIANA, Ohio (WKBN) – An equipment malfunction cut electric power to about 100 customers in Columbiana Tuesday morning.

Columbiana City Manager Lance Willard said intertwined power lines caused the outage. Customers in the area just south of Park Avenue lost power around midnight Monday.

Crews from the city and power company Ohio Edison worked to fix the situation, according to Willard. Power has since been restored.
