Suspect arrested in Pittsburgh bar shooting


PITTSBURGH (AP) – A suspect has been arrested in connection with a Pittsburgh bar shooting that left one man dead and four others wounded.

Police said  Corey Clark, 27, of Penn Hills, was arrested Tuesday in the shooting that killed 27-year-old Vincent Edward Holt Jr. and injured four others.

Clark is charged with criminal homicide and multiple counts of aggravated assault, criminal attempted homicide, recklessly endangerment and a weapons charge.

Allegheny County district attorney’s office spokesman Mike Manko said the bar owner has agreed to keep the business closed until meeting with detectives on Wednesday.

Authorities have yet to release the name of the owner of the Rendezvous Phase III bar, where the shooting happened about 1 a.m. Saturday.
