Miller helps Farrell outlast Montour

Sophomore Malik Miller scored 18 points, and Farrell came from behind to defeat Montour, 60-57 in the PIAA State Tournament Friday.

The Steelers were down 29-28 at halftime, but used a big second half to advance in the AAA division.

Chris James scored 13 points and Ike Jones chipped in 12 for the winners.

Dustin Sleva led the way with 21 points for Montour, whose season comes to an end.

Farrell will face Uniontown, who defeated Punxsutawney 87-54, on March 11th in the second round.
