Crews battle vacant house fire

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Firefighters in Youngstown worked to control a blaze on the city’s north side early Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out just after midnight at a house in the 400 block of Lora Avenue.

The house was vacant and no other properties were in danger, so firefighters let the structure burn to the ground.

A battalion chief at the scene said the fire was intentionally set.
